| 1. Penetration: Suitable for textile, dyeing, and finishing processes where anionic penetrants cannot be used. Dosage: 1~5g/L. 2. Desizing: When used in combination with JFC during enzymatic desizing (starch sizing), it accelerates the process. Typical dosage: about 0.1% of liquid weight. 3. Chemical fiber refining: For refining acetate fibers and other synthetic fiber products, adding JFC 2~5g/L and sodium chloride 5g/L to the refining bath improves refining efficiency. 4. Wool scouring: JFC penetrant has wool scouring capability without residual on wool, avoiding yellowing defects and providing a soft fiber hand. It can be used in neutral, alkaline, or acidic conditions, combined with soap in hard water, or used alone. Optimal temperature: 40~50°C. 5. Wool carbonization: Adding JFC penetrant 0.5~1g/L during wool carbonization shortens processing time, reduces acid consumption, and enhances carbonization效果. |
